A career grounded in property
Julie began her property career in 1989 with a firm of Oxford estate agents. She gained the National Association of Estate Agents Certificate in Residential Sales and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2005.
She went on to practise as a management surveyor, managing large mixed-use portfolios in the food retail, leisure and licensing industries.
Independent inventories with practical understanding
Julie started Abbey Independent Inventories in 2014 and continues to run and grow the business.
Her experience also includes being a self-managing landlord and starting a residential letting agency in 2019, giving her a genuine understanding of the needs of landlords, agents and tenants.
