Upon the tenant's departure, we conduct a check-out inspection to compare the property's condition and cleanliness against the original inventory. Our experienced inventory specialists meet with the tenant at the property (or carry out the inspection in their absence) to ensure a comprehensive assessment.

During the check-out inspection, we carefully compare the current state of the property to the detailed descriptions and photographs documented in the original inventory. Any discrepancies, including cleaning issues, are properly recorded and accompanied by high-quality photographs for clear documentation. Additionally, we verify meter readings and collect all keys returned by the outgoing tenant, ensuring a complete record of the property's handover.
